Requirements
For domestic helpers, the age limit is 24-35 years old. For all other jobs, the limit is 21-45 years old.
IELTS is required in some countries like Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom before they can get a job. If you graduated with a 4-year degree course, you are exempted. Applicants who completed only 2 years in college and below need to take the IELTS exam.
Minimum years of experience for local job experience is 5 years and 3 years if you worked overseas.

Make sure your contact information are updated and working. The employer decides who to interview. If you are not up to their standards, you will not be shortlisted.
